Suki Foster Nixey is a certified dog trainer. She has trained with the Karen Pryor Academy, one of the most rigorous dog training courses in the world. It is also one of the most highly regarded dog training qualifications that teaches dog learning theory, behaviour and practical dog training skills and is endorsed by the Pet Professionals Guild of Australia and the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. A trainer who has their KPA-CTP (Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner) is endorsed and listed as a recommended trainer in the Karen Pryor global database.

Suki is also an Absolute Dogs Training Academy member and is currently enrolled in their Pro Dog Trainer course which will give her a qualification in Concept Training which is a unique form of training involving playing games with your dog that are designed to shape your dog’s brain to overcome any behavioural struggles and support your dog to become a happy and well behaved pup.

Suki’s training philosophy is to focus on improving the dog’s relationship with their humans to build the basis of an enriched canine life while also giving both human and dog the tools to prevent and solve any undesirable behaviours and build desirable ones which will set the partnership up for success through lifelong learning.
